Characteristic:
Low-temperature and high-efficiency: As is well known,If the pressure reduces, the boiling point of water will decrease.Under an atmospheric pressure(101.3kpa ),the boiling point of water is 100 ºC, if under the 0.073 atmospheric pressure(7.37kpa) the boiling point of water will decrease to 40 ºC. under the vacuum condition, heating objects can evaporate the inside water without heating. When microwave vacuum dries heat-sensitive substances, the drying rate is much higher than the conventional dry, the ratio is generally more than a dozen or even dozens.
Heating evenly and thoroughly: the higher the moisture content is, the more microwave the products absorbed ,the larger energy the product generats . if the moisture content is lower, the condition is on the contray.Meanwhile, due to the inside and outside of the product is heated simultaneously, no inertia residued, no heat transfer loss, so the drying speed is rapaid.Microwave can penetrate the products directly, intensify water molecules and generate heat. the internal temperature is slightly higher than the external temperature, so that the temperature gradient can be avoided and eliminates the condition of outside dry but inside wet.
Control simply:owing the microwave power can be adjusted rapidly and has no inertial residue, combined with the PLC automatical control system, you can ajust and confirm the process parameter in time.
